Post How to make a null modem cable
open the image to see the diagram on how to make your own null modem cable.

Use a good shielded cable that is not too long. The cable shouldn't be longer than 2 meters, recommended is 1 meter.

You will need to buy some d type connectors to connect the cable to each end
